Review AI-generated code, establish guardrails, improve engineering workflows, and help shape application architecture and technical direction.

Design and execute VIP and high-potential player growth strategies using player behaviour and performance data. Build segmentation, progression, retention, and reactivation initiatives; partner with Data, CRM, Product, and VIP teams; evaluate commercial impact and continuously refine approaches to increase engagement and long-term player value.
