Provides hands-on technical leadership across up to two software engineering squads. Ensures high-quality delivery, modern engineering practices, strong collaboration, and customer-focused outcomes. Requires software development experience with Java, React, or mobile development; team leadership; Agile and DevOps experience; cloud and CI/CD knowledge; software architecture expertise; and strong testing, code review, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
