Generates new business through outbound outreach, lead qualification, discovery meetings, objection handling, and closing service agreements. Owns the CRM pipeline and transitions new clients to onboarding. Also supports client experience through onboarding, check-ins, follow-ups, issue resolution, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role requires independent pipeline management, strong communication, KPI ownership, and collaboration with leadership and the CX team while working remotely during US Eastern Time hours.

Supports digital asset accounting and monthly close activities for a global cryptocurrency fintech platform. Responsibilities include reconciling wallet balances to blockchain data, maintaining crypto asset rollforwards, calculating fair market values, recording journal entries, performing balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining fixed asset schedules, preparing financial reporting and audit support, and improving accounting procedures.

Manage full-cycle accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, and AP/AR for a high-volume cryptocurrency and fintech business. Reconcile cash and transactions across digital currency kiosks, support digital asset accounting, oversee vendors and expenses, optimize accounting systems, and assist with regulatory reporting for a licensed money services business. The role is fully remote and requires strong communication, independent judgment, and adaptability.
