Own the Event Management tooling environment as product owner and subject matter expert. Set the technology roadmap, manage upgrades and migrations, lead configuration and integrations, and drive automation and AI improvements. Coordinate customer transitions, ensure monitoring environments are deployed and validated, govern platform architecture, and collaborate with infrastructure, service desk, and escalation teams to improve operational effectiveness.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and data models. Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders, create DAX measures and Power Query transformations, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and delivery teams. Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, performance optimization, data quality, documentation, and ongoing maintenance while applying visualization, governance, security, and reporting best practices.

Manage and grow an existing public sector account portfolio, meet sales and growth targets, support tender responses, maintain high customer service, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to maximise revenue.
