A 12-week Digital Skills Academy for graduates, career changers, returners, and individuals with technical skills. Participants receive training in AI, Linux, web development, cloud, Java, and consulting skills, along with industry certifications and mentoring. Successful graduates may progress to permanent Associate Consultant roles working on customer projects. Applicants should have a 2:2 STEM degree, problem-solving ability, passion for technology consulting, and UK or Ireland work eligibility.

The Senior Test Engineer will perform manual and automated testing within agile delivery teams. Responsibilities include defining and executing test strategies and scripts, recording and monitoring defects, supporting test automation, reviewing environments and processes, maintaining quality standards, and preparing test estimates. The role requires experience across functional, non-functional, API, integration, acceptance, exploratory, device, and cross-browser testing, plus framework development using Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# and tools such as Cypress, Karate, Playwright, or Selenium.

Develop and assure business cases, analyze business problems, document requirements, map processes, and engage stakeholders. Oversee governance and assurance for a portfolio of digital products, tracking approvals, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, benefits, and financial information. Maintain portfolio management data, prepare governance reports and briefing materials, and coordinate product lifecycles across multiple initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
