The Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, provide customer support via various channels, document solutions, and build strong customer relationships, utilizing cloud expertise.

Develop and optimize incident response capabilities, review logging setups, benchmark cloud performance, manage security configurations, and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and Cloudformation. Collaborate with product teams to support IAM needs.
