Lead IT and business-change projects and programmes within the University’s Information Services Group. Responsibilities include delivering business-efficiency improvements, student-experience enhancements, IT compliance initiatives, digital transformation, and the evolution of the Oracle Fusion People & Money service. The role involves partnering with HR, Finance, Procurement, Payroll, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes through effective project and programme management.

Conduct basic science research on neurodegeneration and multiple sclerosis, focusing on mitochondrial function and mitochondrial DNA at the single-cell level in animal brain tissue. Collaborate with researchers at University College London and the Dementia Research Institute, contribute to laboratory research, and work with a balance of supervised tasks and independent initiative.

Supports university technology transfer and translational activities by identifying and assessing intellectual property, conducting patentability and due diligence reviews, performing market analysis, creating partner-facing marketing materials, and helping develop commercialization strategies. The intern will work with academic staff and industry partners across scientific, engineering, health, creative, and business disciplines while gaining practical experience in IP management and commercialization.
