Responsibilities include Level 2 incident resolution, system configuration, data integrity, position and schedule maintenance, report development, release and regression testing, test documentation, ServiceNow coordination, process documentation, and end-user training support.

Develops and delivers strategic research communications for an academic portfolio, increasing research visibility, reputation, and impact. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, communications planning, media relations, content commissioning, event promotion, performance analysis, budget management, crisis communications support, and advice to academics. The role collaborates across the university and with external partners, funders, media, and senior stakeholders to promote research excellence and support recruitment, public affairs, alumni relations, and internal communications.
