Develop and deliver business engagement strategy, build and manage external partnerships and funding opportunities, support internal stakeholders to operationalise collaborations, maintain CRM records, and drive income and impact through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement across the University.

Design, develop, and maintain web applications, Python middleware, and automation for BEAR research computing. Deploy and operate services on Linux/BEAR Cloud, improve CI/CD and testing, integrate systems (e.g., GitLab, ServiceNow), support users, participate in triage/housekeeping rotas, and collaborate on technical design and engineering practices to improve reliability and scalability.

Provide pre-award research support to a designated School: develop and cost proposals, negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence and risk assessment, liaise with internal and external partners, run workshops and peer review, support systems/process improvements and ensure smooth transition to post-award support.
