Embedded QA engineer for Unity Studio responsible for manual and exploratory testing, owning QA process from requirements to sign-off, writing and maintaining test cases, managing defects, collaborating with engineers and product managers, participating in sprint ceremonies, and improving QA processes to ensure high-quality web/mobile 3D authoring features.

Design and implement low-level improvements across C++, C#, JavaScript, WebAssembly, Emscripten, and LLVM, including multi-threading and progressive asset loading. Collaborate with platform teams, profile and debug across native and browser boundaries, mentor engineers, and establish code quality standards.

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Diagnostics backend: high-throughput Go services, ingestion and OpenTelemetry pipelines, ClickHouse-based storage and queries, and dashboard surfaces. Collaborate cross-team, mentor engineers, raise code-review and AI-agent workflow standards, and ensure reliability, performance, and secure data handling.

Lead technical onboarding and solution design for strategic enterprise customers, owning end-to-end VPC deployments, connectivity design, security hardening, and testing. Act as primary technical contact, run discovery/whiteboard sessions, manage multiple onboardings, optimize customer environments, and advocate product enhancements based on deployment feedback.

Lead strategic relationships and revenue growth for Turkish games & entertainment accounts. Drive net-new deals, renewals, contract negotiations, and pricing. Build trusted C-level and developer relationships, coordinate internal technical teams, manage pipeline and forecasting in Clari/SFDC, and expand Unity's presence in the Türkiye gaming market.
