Teams at Twilio

Leads technical pre-sales activities across EMEA, partnering with account executives to discover customer needs, design architectures, deliver product demonstrations, support proofs of concept and RFPs, and build executive relationships. The role requires expertise in communications technology, cloud platforms, APIs, software development, and sales cycles, with approximately 35% travel in the UK or Ireland.

Manage nonprofit customer accounts and complete sales cycles, including lead qualification, acquisition, solution selling, closing, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Understand customer business and technical requirements to design Twilio platform solutions. Maintain sales forecasts and pipelines in Salesforce, execute automation strategies, prevent churn, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve sales processes while developing expertise in the social impact market.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Responsibilities include cross-selling and upselling Twilio products, sourcing new opportunities, developing C-suite relationships, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, managing revenue and customer satisfaction, and selling technical solutions to business and technical stakeholders. The role requires consistent quota achievement, complex sales experience, and approximately 25% travel.
