Drive hiring, coaching, capacity planning, and data-driven decision-making while resolving customer blocking issues and engaging with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Lead the creation and scaling of an EMEA customer advocacy program: source, activate, and amplify customer success stories across content, events, PR, and campaigns. Partner with sales, product, and marketing to build advocate pipelines, manage end-to-end engagements, and deliver compelling customer storytelling to drive awareness and demand.

Sell Twilio communications solutions into enterprise prospects and existing customers across UK/Ireland/Northern Europe. Source and qualify new accounts, drive ACV, create pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, manage long sales cycles, and build C-level relationships to close high-value deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
