Lead business development and client relationships for corporate occupier clients across Northern Ireland and Ireland. Provide strategic and operational leadership for complex programmes and projects (office fit-outs, workplace transformation), manage financial and commercial performance, establish governance and risk controls, and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Embed sustainability and ensure compliance with quality, health & safety and contract frameworks while supporting regional business strategy and growth.

Manage delivery of capital energy/utilities projects from design through construction and handover. Oversee budgets, schedules, project controls, multidisciplinary consultants, supply chain mobilisation, stakeholder management, commissioning, and close-out. Support bid preparation and help develop project management templates and business opportunities.

The NEC Project Manager oversees high-profile infrastructure developments, ensuring project delivery on time and budget while managing contracts and stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include project planning, performance reporting, and mentoring junior staff, with a focus on health and safety compliance.
