Lead large infrastructure projects under NEC contracts, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholders, supply chains, contractors, safety, commissioning, and project controls. The role includes contract administration, procurement strategy, performance reporting, quality management, team leadership, business development, financial oversight, and mentoring. Rail experience is advantageous, and responsibilities may include line management and compliance with applicable safety, regulatory, and SOX requirements.

Supports commercial and contracts teams with construction cost management, supplier payment verification, cost reporting, budget control, contract documentation, compliance, and performance measurement. Reviews NEC4 contracts, advises project managers on obligations, and assists with valuation and measurement of construction works. Requires a quantity surveying or construction-related degree, two years of relevant experience, strong numeracy, financial management, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

The Cost Manager will manage project costs, monitor budgets, administer contracts, and collaborate with teams to deliver project objectives while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
