Own multiple products across the Tezos ecosystem, defining product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps. Validate customer needs, incubate ideas, and guide products from discovery through launch and iteration. Partner with Engineering, Design, customers, and stakeholders to create requirements, assess trade-offs, use data and AI tools, and make investment decisions. The role requires technical fluency, customer engagement, market awareness, agile development experience, and passion for crypto and blockchain.

Own the Metals.io product roadmap, vision, prioritization, and delivery for a tokenized metals trading platform. Drive commercial growth through user segmentation, research, experimentation, engagement metrics, and share-of-wallet initiatives. Partner with marketing on go-to-market and growth, translate customer insights into technical requirements, collaborate with engineering and design, communicate business tradeoffs to leadership, and account for regulatory constraints while developing new financial product capabilities.
