Build and scale backend systems for a managed cloud platform: design APIs, database schemas, optimize queries, ensure reliability, security, observability, and contribute to architecture and developer SDKs. Work with open source community, write docs, and participate in product-led growth activities.

Lead reliability for a cloud-native, multi-tenant platform: own observability, design and operate distributed systems and auto-scaling for untrusted code, hunt performance bottlenecks, harden runtime security, manage IaC (Terraform), and run on-call practices and SLOs.

Own end-to-end technical content for developer-facing AI agent tooling: produce blog posts, tutorials, videos, demos; build TypeScript sample apps on Trigger.dev; define and execute content strategy; measure conversions and iterate; support founder-facing content and community engagement.
