Drive Tremendous’s expansion across Western Europe and the DACH region by identifying, prospecting, and closing mid-market customers. Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to adapt the offering to new markets while shaping the international sales strategy. The role requires autonomous execution, strong written communication, empathy, German and English fluency, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Own Tremendous’s European expansion by building pipeline across Western Europe and the DACH region, pursuing complex enterprise deals, and sourcing approximately 20% of opportunities. Develop referral networks, sell solutions to research, marketing, and HR customers, consistently drive quota attainment, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to create the international sales playbook. The role requires autonomous execution, strong written communication, German and English fluency, and the ability to travel.

Founding SDR for DACH responsible for outbound prospecting and booking meetings. Primary channel is phone (100 cold calls/day), supported by email and LinkedIn. Partner with AEs, Marketing, Strategy, and RevOps to develop regional go-to-market, research accounts with prospecting tools, and communicate product value to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
