The role manages multiple cases, maintains accurate records, communicates updates, escalates complex matters, and explains available support options. Fluency in Croatian and English, customer service experience, strong organization, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with case management or CRM platforms are required.

Builds strategic client relationships, manages high-value opportunities, achieves revenue targets, monitors market trends, and serves as a subject matter expert. The role also contributes to product innovation and business-case development while collaborating with sales, product, and specialist teams.
