Teams at Tide

Lead and scale Tide’s global paid social acquisition across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include managing multi-million-pound budgets, optimizing Meta and other social platforms, embedding AI into creative, bidding, reporting, and testing workflows, and driving full-funnel growth. The role owns attribution, measurement, first-party data activation, creative strategy, platform expansion, and privacy compliance while collaborating cross-functionally and building an AI-enabled paid social team.

Leads Tide’s global second-line financial risk function, owning the financial risk management framework and providing independent oversight of finance and treasury activities. Responsibilities include monitoring capital, liquidity, concentration and resilience risks; maintaining risk appetite metrics and policies; challenging liquidity forecasts and stress assumptions; supporting regulatory engagements, audits and licensing; reporting to boards and risk committees; assessing new products and markets; and managing a high-performing global team.

Own the global Membership Plans and subscriptions strategy, roadmap, pricing, tiers, benefits, and lifecycle experience. Lead discovery through execution while partnering with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, Finance, Engineering, and Design. Drive member engagement, retention, revenue, and long-term value across markets, ensure scalable user experiences, and mentor Product Managers.
