Lead Tide’s corporate debt and warehouse funding strategy, including facility sourcing, negotiation, refinancing, drawdowns, repayment planning, covenant monitoring, and portfolio optimization. The role develops funding forecasts and financial models, manages lender relationships, supports strategic and Board-level decisions, and ensures compliance with debt agreements while balancing funding cost, liquidity, capacity, and risk.
