The Senior Account Executive will manage small business customers through the application process, build relationships with commercial lending partners, and articulate various finance options while maintaining records in Salesforce.

Lead design, maintenance and governance of Treasury policy and end-to-end Flow of Funds documentation across products and legal entities. Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal and Operations to embed controls, support product launches, drive documentation standards, and respond to audits and regulatory reviews. Influence senior stakeholders and oversee policy review and remediation.

Lead commercial strategy for Tide's UK insurance products: own revenue, forecasting, analytics-driven product prioritisation, GTM and launch execution, cross-functional stakeholder management, and campaigns to drive sales and renewals and increase customer lifetime value.
