Test and diagnose faults on electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies using oscilloscopes, multimeters and bond testers; set up and calibrate test equipment; trace faults using diagrams; record results in ERP; follow manufacturing instructions, quality and ESD standards; participate in continuous improvement.

Manage material planning and master production schedules using ERP; provide capacity, labour and inventory analysis; lead supply chain planning and reporting to programme directors; identify and resolve bottlenecks; manage up to two planners and produce management reports.

The Principal Mechanical Engineer will leverage engineering principles, collaborate on mechanical designs for weapon systems, and ensure robust product designs. Responsible for detailed design output, leading mechanical work packages, and managing engineering change processes.
