Develops positioning, messaging, content, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and product-led growth initiatives for Thales Imperva application security solutions targeting small and mid-sized enterprises. Partners with product, sales, design, and marketing teams to communicate product value, build thought leadership, generate pipeline, measure KPIs, and optimize customer-focused marketing programs.

Lead the architecture and technical strategy for advanced weapon systems, including operational concepts, functional partitioning, interfaces, system-level design, technical roadmaps, and innovative proposals. Provide technical leadership and governance across the product lifecycle, manage technical risk, and serve as the principal technical interface for customers, suppliers, partners, and senior stakeholders. Support Design Authority activities and ensure solutions meet performance, cost, schedule, compliance, and customer requirements.

Manage quality assurance across bids and projects, representing customer interests and supporting successful programme delivery. Monitor, analyse, and report quality performance; promote best practices and a positive quality culture; identify risks and improvement opportunities; and plan and conduct project audits and surveillance activities. The role works with project teams, customers, suppliers, and business leaders, requiring knowledge of quality standards, QMS, certification requirements, and continuous improvement practices.
