Design and develop fire control and air defence systems across the full lifecycle. Responsibilities include requirements capture, system architecture, interface and behavior definition, technology evaluation, trade studies, prototyping, integration, fault diagnosis, verification, compliance, documentation, and mentoring junior engineers. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, mission-critical defence capabilities.

Design and lead test architectures and strategies for complex aerospace and defence systems. Translate customer and system requirements into scalable test solutions, integrate hardware and software, ensure compliance with MOD standards, and support verification, qualification, and in-service activities. Provide technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, bid support, mentoring, and innovation through automation, digital twins, and model-based testing.

Lead the design and development of electronic systems across the full product lifecycle, including requirements capture, architecture, circuit and PCB design, component selection, testing, verification, integration, and regulatory compliance. Mentor engineers, lead technical studies and trade-offs, support bids and estimates, and develop safety-critical equipment for airspace-protection and missile systems.
