Lead supplier quality activities across procurement and supply chain: support supplier selection, drive Supplier Quality Improvement Plans, coordinate audits, enhance supplier monitoring, support product/process qualification, coach QAMs, and present quality insights to senior stakeholders to reduce non-quality costs.

Lead a team delivering end-to-end mechanical hardware for mission-critical defence programmes. Own product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensure cost/schedule/quality, embed engineering best practices (DFx/DFMEA), drive technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, bids/work packages, and mentor engineers to build capability.

Provide advanced support and incident response for Imperva enterprise platforms, manage deployments and policy tuning, perform root-cause analysis, consult with customers on security architectures, lead and mentor EMEA Enterprise Services engineers, and collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and operational excellence.

Lead design and delivery of automated hardware and software test systems for high-volume missile production. Develop LabVIEW-based automated test software, create hardware schematics and production test applications, integrate instrumentation (PXI, GPIB, USB) and communications protocols, support fault diagnosis in production, and engage stakeholders and customers to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Provide advanced escalation support for Thales products: reproduce customer environments, perform root-cause analysis, validate interoperability and fixes, collaborate with development and QA, create knowledge resources, lead P1/P0 escalations, and participate in a mandatory 24x7 support rota.

Lead and manage PCB design, development and verification across Thales UK, overseeing delivery performance, personnel, processes and stakeholder engagement. Drive capability optimisation, talent pipelines, governance adherence and continuous improvement across multi-site and international ECC collaborations.

Support Customer Success by building and improving operational processes, performing data analyses to predict churn and drive retention/expansion, administering Planhat and CS tools, improving data quality, delivering actionable reports and presentations, and collaborating cross-functionally on analytics and AI initiatives.

Drive IAM sales across France and French-speaking countries: develop and execute territory sales strategy, build pipeline, manage full enterprise sales cycle, collaborate with partners and internal teams, forecast revenue, maintain SFDC records, run demos/POVs and respond to RFPs. Requires bilingual French/English and travel up to 50%.
