Owns and prioritizes the product backlog for secure hardware engineering environments. Defines requirements, acceptance criteria, and feature priorities; validates releases; gathers user feedback; and leads application evolution, migration, consolidation, and legacy-tool retirement. Acts as technical authority and architect while coordinating hardware engineers, product owners, architects, delivery teams, and leadership. The role requires practical hardware engineering experience and knowledge of engineering development environments, with responsibility for aligning tools to broader Thales roadmaps.

Lead the modernization of engineering tooling environments by migrating legacy platforms to Azure-based cloud infrastructure. Deploy and support CI/CD, artifact management, code quality, and licensing tools; develop Infrastructure as Code and automation; maintain existing environments; and provision infrastructure resources. Implement monitoring, backups, archiving, and logging best practices while supporting engineering users. Collaborate with product and delivery stakeholders, coach junior team members, and champion reliable, secure DevOps practices.

Supports financial management of projects and contracts through budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial data preparation. The role partners with Finance and Product teams in a technical defence environment and requires a qualified accountant with strong Excel, ERP, analytical, and commercial skills. Security Clearance is required before employment.

Lead supplier quality activities across procurement and supply chain: support supplier selection, drive Supplier Quality Improvement Plans, coordinate audits, enhance supplier monitoring, support product/process qualification, coach QAMs, and present quality insights to senior stakeholders to reduce non-quality costs.

Supports the development, deployment, validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution System solutions across UK industrial sites. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating operational needs into technical specifications, configuring and testing deployments, troubleshooting incidents, supporting MES users, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, IT, and site teams. The role also participates in Agile ceremonies and contributes to standardized MES practices and best-practice development.

Develops positioning, messaging, content, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and product-led growth initiatives for Thales Imperva application security solutions targeting small and mid-sized enterprises. Partners with product, sales, design, and marketing teams to communicate product value, build thought leadership, generate pipeline, measure KPIs, and optimize customer-focused marketing programs.

Lead the technical strategy, architecture, governance, and delivery of cyber exercise and OT training capabilities for Thales UK customers, including MOD clients. Define secure OT range architectures, product technologies, design patterns, and access-control strategies. Guide engineering, testing, and assurance; facilitate exercises and training; brief senior stakeholders; shape standards and roadmaps; and represent Thales externally. The role requires deep OT and cybersecurity expertise across critical infrastructure, industrial systems, resilience, incident response, and high-assurance architectures.

Drive IAM sales across France and French-speaking countries: develop and execute territory sales strategy, build pipeline, manage full enterprise sales cycle, collaborate with partners and internal teams, forecast revenue, maintain SFDC records, run demos/POVs and respond to RFPs. Requires bilingual French/English and travel up to 50%.
