Design and develop new vegetation and tree care equipment, modify existing products, and ensure safety, reliability, performance, and compliance. Apply QFD, FMEA, design-for-manufacture, prototyping, and field testing standards. Collaborate with production, purchasing, suppliers, aftersales, and helpdesk teams to reduce costs, resolve customer complaints, answer technical queries, and evaluate emerging component and competitor design trends.

Design and develop new and modified recycling machinery, create engineered and plant-based solutions, follow group engineering/QMS standards (QFD, FMEA, DFM), reduce manufacturing cost via improved design, support prototype development, field testing and customer complaint resolution, and apply mechanical, electrical and hydraulic knowledge to ensure safety and performance.

Develops and improves manufacturing systems, procedures, equipment, and production methods. Coordinates production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues, implement standard work, maintain build and drawing packs, support new product development, apply Lean Manufacturing principles, and ensure safe, efficient production processes.
