Drive global (ex-North America) sales for the ProStack conveyor brand via dealer development and direct project sales. Analyze markets, manage dealer performance, forecast and plan sales, coordinate product launches, training, demos and aftersales initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and operations to support commercial strategies and dealer/direct sales growth.

Design and develop new and modified vegetation/tree-care products; apply QFD/FMEA/DFM and group engineering standards; use 3D CAD and PDM; ensure safety, reliability and cost reductions; support prototyping, testing, aftersales and customer complaint resolution.

Design, execute and report product tests for mobile tracked and wheeled heavy equipment. Develop test regimes, instrument prototypes, analyse performance and failures, collaborate with design and NPD teams, maintain centralized test documentation, support product launch and corrective actions, and travel to test sites as required.
