Drive global (ex-North America) sales for the ProStack conveyor brand via dealer development and direct project sales. Analyze markets, manage dealer performance, forecast and plan sales, coordinate product launches, training, demos and aftersales initiatives, and collaborate with engineering and operations to support commercial strategies and dealer/direct sales growth.

Lead design and development of new and existing mobile recycling machinery. Provide engineered solutions, follow QFD/FMEA and design-for-manufacture, manage released engineering data, ensure safety and reliability, reduce manufacturing cost, investigate customer complaints, apply new component technologies, and collaborate with production, purchasing and suppliers.

Design and develop new and existing mobile environmental and recycling equipment. Produce full manufacturing design packages, resolve customer issues, ensure safety and performance standards, reduce manufacturing cost, support dealer network, and follow group engineering quality and testing standards.
