Lead customer success across EMEA as the first regional hire, personally managing strategic accounts while building and scaling the CSM team. The role requires deep MDR or managed security services experience, player-coach leadership, enterprise CISO engagement, and London-based availability across EMEA time zones.

Deploy and configure cybersecurity platforms for customers across Google SecOps and Microsoft Sentinel. Responsibilities include onboarding log sources, configuring connectors and ingestion pipelines, deploying SIEM/SOAR content, troubleshooting technical issues, training customers, documenting configurations, and managing multiple concurrent deployments.

The Customer Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support, enhance customer success, and promote AI-driven security solutions while collaborating across teams and requiring travel to client sites.
