Lead a small squad to design, build, and ship new origination product categories and deep integrations. Translate ambiguous commercial goals into deliverable technical plans, mentor engineers, make risk judgments for deal-gating tooling, and represent technical direction to commercial and international stakeholders. Stay hands-on on the hardest technical work and ensure new products drive origination pipeline outcomes.

Design and build full-stack features and serverless back-end systems for customer- and broker-facing products, billing/payments, and internal platforms. Improve developer tooling, CI/CD, and shared services. Collaborate cross-functionally, write well-tested code, conduct reviews, and shape architecture for scalable, reliable, user-focused solutions.

Interim Fractional CFO (6 months, 3 days/week) owning capital strategy, investor relations, funding readiness, US entity operational set-up, ERP integration, audit and tax preparation, revenue and platform growth strategy, and leaving finance systems and reporting ready for a permanent CFO.
