Lead architecture and delivery of Rosso, a stateful, event-driven pricing platform: own design, code, production quality, scalability, and cross-functional integration with ML and Data teams while mentoring senior engineers and driving organisation-wide technical outcomes.

Own the generator customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion. Build relationships with UK generators, identify at-risk accounts and expansion opportunities using usage data, design scalable customer journeys and playbooks, work cross-functionally to resolve issues, visit key accounts, and define success metrics to drive retention and net revenue growth.

Lead CX operations for onboarding and service: design and maintain scalable systems, build automations, define triage and resolution protocols, partner cross-functionally to remove friction, mentor junior ops staff, document processes, and own operational quality and prioritisation to support rapid growth and product launches.
