Staff Full Stack Engineer responsible for architecture and hands-on development of integration-heavy systems supporting renewable energy origination and new product launches. Own the end-to-end design, reliability, resilience, and recovery of production data ingestion systems and pipelines. Lead technically complex product work on Rosso, embedding with ML, data science and engineering teams to turn business and customer needs into shipped features. Define success criteria for models/forecasts, manage edge cases and operational risk, and prioritize work across portfolio, forecasting, pricing optimisation and related systems.

Staff QA Automation Engineer responsible for defining quality engineering standards across a microservices organization. The role architects shared automation frameworks, CI testing strategies, unit, integration, contract, and service-level testing, and quality controls for canary releases. It also advances AI-driven regression optimization, change-risk analysis, mutation testing, test generation, and self-healing checks. This specialist individual contributor partners with distributed engineering teams to drive adoption, improve pipeline reliability, and establish scalable quality practices.

Lead tem’s brand and creative direction through visual identity, campaign storytelling, digital experiences, and cross-functional work with Product and Growth. Build an AI-first creative practice, own the internal creative AI tool, establish studio systems and performance metrics, maintain high creative standards, and coach the team while remaining hands-on. The role requires fast, high-quality execution across channels, budgets, launches, and campaigns in a startup or scale-up environment.

Lead delivery of core support improvement projects (AHT reduction, phone rollout, complaints process), track support metrics, build automations, manage and coach a small support team, and handle complex second-line cases to maintain high service standards.
