Lead design, implementation, and support of datacentre and enterprise network and perimeter security systems. Own low-level designs, project rollout, documentation, supplier coordination, and handover to operations. Provide 24/7 support, troubleshooting, incident/change management, and continual improvement for managed service health customers.

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition and lease accounting (IFRS). Supervise purchase ledger, manage intercompany reconciliations, coordinate external audit, support internal controls, and act as Microsoft Dynamics superuser while providing technical accounting and reporting support across the finance function.

Lead design, development and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions. Build custom apps, integrations and automations, run technical workshops, support pre-sales, produce architecture and documentation, mentor developers, enforce governance, and manage upgrades and platform performance.
