Supports People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, right-to-work and DBS checks, employee records, absence and benefits administration, references, compliance, reporting, annual HR processes, and continuous improvement projects. The role requires accurate HR system maintenance, confidential information handling, strong administration, communication, organization, and customer-focused support.

Supports core finance processes including accounts payable, purchase order review, supplier queries, reconciliations, sales invoicing, employee expense reviews, financial record maintenance, and ad hoc reporting. The role requires accuracy, organization, numerical confidence, discretion, clear communication, and collaboration in a busy finance environment.

Serves as the first point of contact for customers reporting IT issues. Responsibilities include answering calls and queries, logging detailed tickets, resolving basic incidents where possible, proactively addressing customer needs, and maintaining excellent customer service through telephone, email, and customer portal interactions.
