Defines operational standards, transformation frameworks, and change-readiness tools; engages dealer groups and finance stakeholders throughout sales, onboarding, and post-launch. Owns UK and Canadian market considerations, including regulatory, tax, franchise, and OEM requirements, while feeding customer and implementation insights back into product development.
