Develop statistical and machine learning models using soccer tracking and event data to support player recruitment decisions. Build spatio-temporal models, metrics, analyses, and interpretation tools; validate models; communicate findings to professional club clients; and partner with engineering on cloud deployment and production reliability. The role also includes code review, model maintenance, and advancing analytical methods.

Own post-sale relationships and Hub implementations across Italy and Southern Europe, drive renewals and account health, analyze customer data to inform success plans, support demos and cross-sell with an Italian-speaking AE, and build in-person relationships through regular onsite visits.

Sell Teamworks Performance products (AMS, S&C, Nutrition) across EMEA by building a self-generated pipeline, managing long multi-stakeholder sales cycles, demonstrating integrated product value, identifying upsell opportunities, and closing complex multi-product deals. Partner with local reps, marketing, and business development, develop technical fluency in performance departments, and travel extensively across Europe to engage prospects and customers.
