Supports technology risk management, governance, operational resilience, disaster recovery testing, regulatory compliance, audits, and remediation across TD Securities. The role assesses control effectiveness, coordinates resilience exercises and regulatory responses, tracks audit findings, develops risk reporting for senior stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement. It also contributes to DORA, EBA, ICT risk, AI governance, cloud governance, third-party risk, and cybersecurity control initiatives.

The role coordinates risk assessments, control evaluations, regulatory responses, resilience exercises, and continuous improvement across technology and business stakeholders. Preferred expertise includes AI governance, GRC platforms, cloud controls, third-party risk, cybersecurity governance, data governance, and protection frameworks.

Lead the design, development, delivery, and operational support of enterprise compliance and supervision technology. Build scalable Java-based distributed systems using APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud technologies, workflow engines, and messaging platforms. Provide engineering leadership, mentor developers, drive Agile delivery, ensure security and resilience, and embed auditability and regulatory controls. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Data, business, infrastructure, security, architecture, and vendor teams in a regulated financial-services environment.
