Lead the design, development, delivery, and operational support of enterprise compliance and supervision technology. Build scalable Java-based distributed systems using APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud technologies, workflow engines, and messaging platforms. Provide engineering leadership, mentor developers, drive Agile delivery, ensure security and resilience, and embed auditability and regulatory controls. Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Data, business, infrastructure, security, architecture, and vendor teams in a regulated financial-services environment.

Design, develop, deliver, and support Java-based compliance and supervision technology for global markets. Build API-first, event-driven, microservices, and cloud-native solutions integrating vendor platforms, proprietary systems, and enterprise data services. Partner with Compliance, Risk, Data, Security, Architecture, and business stakeholders. Ensure solutions satisfy regulatory obligations through auditability, traceability, entitlement controls, monitoring, and evidencing. Participate in Agile delivery, continuous improvement, audits, regulatory reviews, and remediation programs.

Analyze business processes and requirements, select appropriate technologies, and design, develop, test, deploy, and support software applications, integrations, automations, and AI-enabled solutions. The role uses APIs, Python, SQL, UiPath, Power Platform, and other technologies while applying software engineering, testing, secure coding, monitoring, and troubleshooting practices. Engineers collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, communicate technical solutions clearly, and continuously improve production automations.

Build and evolve a strategic Databricks-based Research data platform. Design scalable pipelines and governed data products using Python, SQL, Spark, Azure, Delta Lake, and ADLS. Implement ingestion, transformation, data quality, reconciliation, lineage, monitoring, audit controls, CI/CD, and deployment practices. Partner with global stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver analytics, BI, and AI-ready data capabilities while coordinating offshore delivery resources in India.
