Analyze business processes and requirements, select appropriate technologies, and design, develop, test, deploy, and support software applications, integrations, automations, and AI-enabled solutions. The role uses APIs, Python, SQL, UiPath, Power Platform, and other technologies while applying software engineering, testing, secure coding, monitoring, and troubleshooting practices. Engineers collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, communicate technical solutions clearly, and continuously improve production automations.

Lead business systems analysis for Compliance Technology and Conduct Supervision initiatives. Define requirements, processes, data flows, controls, testing, and implementation plans; ensure traceability from regulatory outcomes through delivery and validation. Advise senior stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, analyze financial-services data using SQL, oversee testing and operational readiness, and coach other analysts.

Oversee post-settlement operations across asset classes, including cash and depot reconciliations, exception resolution, operational risk monitoring, stakeholder escalations, team coaching, process improvements, and management reporting.

Build and evolve a strategic Databricks-based Research data platform. Design scalable pipelines and governed data products using Python, SQL, Spark, Azure, Delta Lake, and ADLS. Implement ingestion, transformation, data quality, reconciliation, lineage, monitoring, audit controls, CI/CD, and deployment practices. Partner with global stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver analytics, BI, and AI-ready data capabilities while coordinating offshore delivery resources in India.
