The Account Manager will build relationships with motor finance brokers, managing accounts and ensuring sales targets are met while providing excellent customer service.

Provide second-line compliance advice across retail banking products, focusing on Consumer Duty and unsecured consumer credit. Support compliance sign-off for financial promotions and communications, perform regulatory horizon scanning, contribute to product governance, coordinate regulator engagements, develop training and policy, and investigate and resolve compliance issues while advising senior stakeholders and promoting a strong compliance culture.

Manage relationships with used car dealers and brokers, attend meetings, negotiate finance terms, and meet sales targets.
