Own L2-L4 incidents and requests, troubleshoot vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, and integrations, perform account and policy administration, patch and upgrade platforms, renew certificates, conduct disaster recovery checks, maintain runbooks, and follow ITSM change control and SLA requirements.

Design, implement, monitor, and support WAN/LAN/wireless and firewall infrastructure. Deliver network projects, manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with ISPs/vendors, produce documentation, and support security and continuous improvement.
