Monitors food product quality and safety, implements and verifies HACCP procedures, manages internal audits, maintains compliance records, conducts product and process inspections, investigates customer complaints, verifies test equipment, and reports food safety issues. Supports corrective and preventive actions and provides induction training when required.

Owns a portfolio of new, at-risk, and non-standard customer accounts, providing high-touch onboarding, service recovery, issue resolution, and process improvement. Partners with Sales and Operations to manage the end-to-end order journey, define account success criteria, resolve complaints, and embed corrective actions. The role advocates for customers, strengthens relationships, monitors service roadblocks, and supports account graduation once issues are sustainably resolved.

Owns a portfolio of new, at-risk, and nonstandard customer accounts, providing personalized service and coordinating internally to resolve issues. Responsibilities include onboarding, defining success criteria, managing the end-to-end order journey, monitoring reports, handling complaints, driving process improvements, and collaborating with Sales and Operations to graduate accounts once service issues are resolved.
