Plans and coordinates daily multi-drop delivery routes, optimizing fleet use, truck capacity, delivery costs, backhaulage, and customer service. Monitors driver tachographs and compliance with EU and UK driving-hour regulations, tracks KPIs and delivery costings, and improves routing efficiency. The role requires logistics experience, transport-planning knowledge, Excel proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work variable shifts.

Monitors food product quality and safety, implements and verifies HACCP procedures, manages internal audits, maintains compliance records, conducts product and process inspections, investigates customer complaints, verifies test equipment, and reports food safety issues. Supports corrective and preventive actions and provides induction training when required.
