Supports business operations through process analysis, regional sales strategy support, project coordination, data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, documentation, and process improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps maintain accurate operational records while gaining practical experience and mentorship.

Supports the Infrastructure team with infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring and observability, incident response, reliability tuning, performance analysis, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance. Works alongside senior engineers on cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, deployment automation, and resilient enterprise systems while developing practical SRE skills.

Supports the BI team by building dashboards, analyzing platform and business data, optimizing reporting workflows, researching markets and solutions, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and auditing databases for data integrity. The role translates raw data into actionable insights and helps inform business decisions.
