Software Developer Interns collaborate on designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications. They write efficient, documented code, participate in code reviews and brainstorming, resolve defects, and learn modern tools, frameworks, programming languages, and development methodologies while working with experienced developers.

Execute and optimize B2B demand-generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other acquisition channels. Manage targeting, keyword research, A/B testing, budgets, tracking, and performance reporting. Analyze CAC, CTR, conversion funnels, lead quality, and pipeline ROI to improve results. Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, sales operations, and data teams to support messaging, landing pages, and revenue growth.

Lead quality initiatives for the C9 Trader application across mobile and desktop clients. Design and maintain scalable frontend, backend, white-box, API, service, and integration test automation frameworks. Partner with developers to drive shift-left testing, ensure reliable execution across cloud, Kubernetes, Windows, and hardware lab environments, coordinate quality strategies across teams, mentor SDETs, and improve testing processes and tools.

Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of scalable backend software applications. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, architectural decisions, and best-practice adoption. Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders to define requirements, manage technical risks, and deliver secure, reliable solutions. Champion continuous integration, code quality, automated testing, data protection, and compliance while driving innovation and fostering a high-performing engineering culture.

Supports business operations through process analysis, regional sales strategy support, project coordination, data analysis, reporting, KPI monitoring, documentation, and process improvement. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps maintain accurate operational records while gaining practical experience and mentorship.

Supports the BI team by building dashboards, analyzing platform and business data, optimizing reporting workflows, researching markets and solutions, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and auditing databases for data integrity. The role translates raw data into actionable insights and helps inform business decisions.

Supports the Infrastructure team with infrastructure automation, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring and observability, incident response, reliability tuning, performance analysis, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance. Works alongside senior engineers on cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, deployment automation, and resilient enterprise systems while developing practical SRE skills.

Assists the technical support team with diagnosing and troubleshooting client issues across phone, email, and chat. Provides step-by-step technical guidance, documents customer interactions and resolutions, escalates complex problems, and helps create knowledge base articles and FAQs. The intern develops technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills while learning Symphony’s messaging and voice products.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure using IaC. Manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm and ArgoCD, implement observability with Splunk and Grafana, automate operations with Python/Go, provide production support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, and troubleshoot networking and Linux systems across GCP and AWS.

Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and QAOps infrastructure for UI, API, backend, and end-to-end testing across multi-cloud environments. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, analyze test and production telemetry to identify risks, support release validation and QA sign-off, and drive quality engineering best practices across distributed teams.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable server-side microservices for audio/video communication using Java and TypeScript. Lead CI/CD (Jenkins), collaborate with product and engineering teams, troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA/post-mortems, mentor developers, and drive architecture and reliability for WebRTC-based media backend services.
