Teams at Support Revolution

Drive new-business growth for Oracle and SAP third-party support across the UK and EMEA. Build pipelines from scratch, engage C-level executives and IT decision-makers, represent the company at client and industry events, sell independent support alternatives, and close complex, high-value enterprise deals. This is an independent hunter role focused on net-new logos and quota attainment, with no account-management or people-management responsibilities.

Own end-to-end SAP support cases across functional modules, using ABAP expertise to diagnose root causes, configure and optimize solutions, and deliver validated fixes within SLAs. Build trusted client relationships, coordinate technical and functional teams, drive continuous improvement, share knowledge, and stay current with SAP releases, AI, and emerging technologies.

Serve as the SAP UK Payroll functional expert, analysing UK legislative changes, designing functional solutions, configuring SAP HCM Payroll, producing functional specifications, validating and testing payroll deliverables, and advising Public Sector customers. Work with development and QA teams in Agile delivery, mentor colleagues on payroll testing, and support complex payroll scenarios including RTI, multiple employment, sequencing, and backdated pay awards.
