Leads complex mechanical and electro-mechanical medical device design, development, prototyping, testing, verification, and improvement. Translates user needs into engineering requirements, creates technical documentation, resolves design issues, applies DFM and GD&T, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment. Mentors engineers and contributes to innovation, technical standards, and product commercialization.

Create and maintain a 24-month multi-site supply plan, including master resource and capacity plans, safety stock strategy, and financial evaluation. Coordinate with production, procurement, finance, and customer service to operationalize plans, monitor KPIs (plan attainment, safety stock, capacity utilization, backorders, lead time), root-cause performance issues, and communicate portfolio phasing and supply risks.
