The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective production while driving operational excellence and team development.

Create and maintain a 24-month multi-site supply plan, including master resource and capacity plans, safety stock strategy, and financial evaluation. Coordinate with production, procurement, finance, and customer service to operationalize plans, monitor KPIs (plan attainment, safety stock, capacity utilization, backorders, lead time), root-cause performance issues, and communicate portfolio phasing and supply risks.

Supports manufacturing line operations by managing production flow, schedules, KPIs, staffing, training, quality systems, safety, and continuous improvement. Coaches operators, anticipates downtime, coordinates production priorities, maintains records, supports NPI builds, oversees training plans, and contributes to QMS, CAPA, Lean, EHS, and 6S activities.

Lead technical quality engineering for product field actions and post-market safety. Drive complex investigations, root-cause analysis, risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971. Mentor senior QA engineers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and support audits and field action executions.

Design and develop electrical components and subsystems for defibrillator medical devices. Lead advanced circuit design, prototyping, testing, verification/validation, and design transfer. Apply regulatory and quality procedures, mentor junior staff, translate user needs into design inputs, and collaborate across teams to drive product development.
