Design and develop electrical components and subsystems for defibrillator medical devices. Lead advanced circuit design, prototyping, testing, verification/validation, and design transfer. Apply regulatory and quality procedures, mentor junior staff, translate user needs into design inputs, and collaborate across teams to drive product development.

Manage day-to-day production operations in a Class 3 medical device environment, meeting safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement targets. Plan resources, monitor KPIs, lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives, coach staff, run daily management and cross-functional collaboration, support recruitment and performance management, and own NC/CAPA activities.

Support and coordinate manufacturing line operations, training, and performance metrics. Manage production flow, ensure KPIs for safety, quality and productivity, lead Tier 1 processes, oversee training programs and documentation, support QMS compliance, EHS/6S, and continuous improvement activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

The Manufacturing Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-effective production while driving operational excellence and team development.
