Design and develop electrical components and subsystems for defibrillator medical devices. Lead advanced circuit design, prototyping, testing, verification/validation, and design transfer. Apply regulatory and quality procedures, mentor junior staff, translate user needs into design inputs, and collaborate across teams to drive product development.

Support and coordinate manufacturing line operations, training, and performance metrics. Manage production flow, ensure KPIs for safety, quality and productivity, lead Tier 1 processes, oversee training programs and documentation, support QMS compliance, EHS/6S, and continuous improvement activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Create and maintain a 24-month multi-site supply plan, including master resource and capacity plans, safety stock strategy, and financial evaluation. Coordinate with production, procurement, finance, and customer service to operationalize plans, monitor KPIs (plan attainment, safety stock, capacity utilization, backorders, lead time), root-cause performance issues, and communicate portfolio phasing and supply risks.
