Supports manufacturing line operations by managing production flow, schedules, KPIs, staffing, training, quality systems, safety, and continuous improvement. Coaches operators, anticipates downtime, coordinates production priorities, maintains records, supports NPI builds, oversees training plans, and contributes to QMS, CAPA, Lean, EHS, and 6S activities.

Leads engineering projects from charter and scope definition through execution and completion. Manages schedules, budgets, resources, quality plans, risks, procurement, stakeholders, communications, and critical paths. Collaborates across internal and external teams, resolves conflicts, incorporates end-user feedback, and ensures project goals align with broader organizational objectives. The role requires strong team leadership, judgment, adaptability, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Support and coordinate manufacturing line operations, training, and performance metrics. Manage production flow, ensure KPIs for safety, quality and productivity, lead Tier 1 processes, oversee training programs and documentation, support QMS compliance, EHS/6S, and continuous improvement activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Create and maintain a 24-month multi-site supply plan, including master resource and capacity plans, safety stock strategy, and financial evaluation. Coordinate with production, procurement, finance, and customer service to operationalize plans, monitor KPIs (plan attainment, safety stock, capacity utilization, backorders, lead time), root-cause performance issues, and communicate portfolio phasing and supply risks.

Lead technical quality engineering for product field actions and post-market safety. Drive complex investigations, root-cause analysis, risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971. Mentor senior QA engineers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and support audits and field action executions.

Design and develop electrical components and subsystems for defibrillator medical devices. Lead advanced circuit design, prototyping, testing, verification/validation, and design transfer. Apply regulatory and quality procedures, mentor junior staff, translate user needs into design inputs, and collaborate across teams to drive product development.
