Provides first-line technical support for medical device customers, handling product issues, returns, complaints, replacements, troubleshooting, and follow-up. Maintains support, returns, device-tracking, and complaint records; assists with recalls, decontamination, reporting, process improvement, and regulatory or quality compliance activities. Collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Supports the development, validation, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for medical devices. Responsibilities include preparing IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, improving efficiency and yield, supporting equipment acquisition and validation, ensuring GMP and safety compliance, evaluating suppliers, troubleshooting processes, and leading cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

Provides technical and operational support for test processes, manufacturing process validation, test equipment, capital equipment acquisition, and GMP-compliant documentation. Develops validation plans and protocols, monitors line performance, supports investigations and corrective actions, and coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams. The role also delivers training, supports continuous improvement, and ensures adherence to quality, EHS, and medical device regulatory requirements.

Provides strategic leadership for employee benefits across EMEA and Latin America. Manages renewals, funding strategies, broker and vendor relationships, contracts, RFPs, risk, costs, employee experience, and benefits integration during mergers and acquisitions. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, and regional teams to implement competitive and sustainable programs while ensuring compliance with local timelines and service standards.
