Teams at Stirling Council

Install carpet, sheet vinyl, LVT, and wet-room flooring, including wet floor shower systems, across housing improvement and new-build projects. Work safely in tenants’ homes, support trades teams, transport materials, communicate with colleagues and residents, and participate in an out-of-hours emergency standby service.

Lead major and strategic planning applications within Stirling Council’s Development Management Team. Support development management responsibilities and help deliver the council’s economic development, planning, and climate change ambitions. The role requires an appropriately qualified, experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking planning professional. Hybrid working is available where operationally appropriate.
