Lead Product and Design across multiple teams, partner with the CEO and Engineering to set strategy, embed AI-augmented delivery, scale the organisation globally (notably US expansion), own hiring/headcount and fundraising support, represent externally to customers and investors, and integrate boundary functions like Solutions Architecture to drive enterprise SaaS growth.

Customer-facing technical expert who scopes, designs and documents integrations between Spotted Zebra and enterprise systems (ATS, Workday/HRIS, SSO, Microsoft 365). You lead integration discovery, map data flows and field mappings, support pre-sales/RFPs, coordinate delivery with Product Integration Engineering, manage integration workstreams alongside Implementation Managers, build repeatable playbooks, and feed insights back to Product.

As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll partner with the Product Manager to define features, own product functionality from concept to production, and leverage AI tools in a full-stack environment using TypeScript and React.
