Client-facing presales expert responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting discovery and value assessments, delivering tailored software demonstrations, responding to RFIs and RFPs, and supporting enterprise software sales. The role requires expertise in Product Stewardship, regulatory compliance, data management, business-case development, and solution consulting. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Product Management, Services, and Marketing, advising technical and executive stakeholders, and transitioning requirements to implementation teams.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Sphera’s LCA product portfolio. Manage and develop product teams while partnering with Engineering, Science, Data, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and external stakeholders. Translate customer needs, sustainability trends, scientific developments, and regulatory requirements into enterprise B2B SaaS solutions. Oversee partnerships, integrations, data strategies, product KPIs, launches, adoption, and go-to-market efforts while ensuring scientific rigor and alignment with LCA standards.
