Own full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts, run technical discovery, build and demo custom voice agent prototypes, partner with engineers for handoff, develop GTM playbooks, represent customer needs, and maintain CRM pipeline and forecasts.

Lead design and development of Windows desktop applications. Ensure performance, maintainability, and accessibility, while driving feature lifecycle and collaborating cross-functionally.
