Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Sophos’s Windows Endpoint Platform. Translate Windows operating system changes, security requirements, customer needs, and threat landscape shifts into priorities for Engineering and cross-functional teams. Lead platform modernization, agent architecture, performance, compatibility, telemetry, deployment, and reliability initiatives. Partner with Microsoft and support go-to-market activities, customer engagement, partner enablement, and executive communications for global enterprise security products.

Leads the transformation of Sophos’s pricing operations by building a centralized team, governance model, pricing cadence, and AI-assisted competitive intelligence capabilities. The role oversees discount governance, market monitoring, cross-functional alignment with sales and finance, Network Security partnership, executive reporting, and metrics tracking. It requires organizational change leadership, people management, and experience designing pricing strategies for subscription-based technology businesses.

Investigate and respond to active cyber incidents for MDR customers, conducting endpoint, network, and cloud forensic analysis; validating indicators of compromise; determining scope and root cause; executing containment actions; documenting timelines and findings; mentoring junior analysts; and contributing to customer updates, detection improvements, playbooks, and post-incident reviews.
