Teams at Sophos

Own Sophos’s global lead lifecycle strategy from initial engagement through revenue. Develop behavior-driven nurture and buying journeys, optimize lead scoring, qualification, routing, recycling, and funnel conversion, and connect prospect behavior with account intent signals. Partner with Growth Marketing, ABX, SDR, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations teams. Analyze lifecycle KPIs, conduct testing, improve pipeline outcomes, and apply AI and automation to personalization and journey orchestration.

Serve as the technical SME for compliance automation, overseeing GRC control mapping, evidence collection, integrations, and continuous monitoring. Partner with engineering teams to embed compliance into workflows, support audits and framework rollouts, assign control ownership, reduce audit burden, and maintain audit readiness. Lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate compliance risks, control status, and progress to technical and leadership audiences. The role requires cybersecurity framework expertise, program management, cloud and API fluency, GRC platform experience, and familiarity with AI-enabled compliance workflows.

Lead execution of Sophos' global partner program across the EMEA region: drive program adoption, tiering, certifications, incentives, tooling rollouts, performance tracking, and partner feedback. Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, enablement, finance, and regional leadership to ensure consistent channel program delivery and regional localization.
