Lead business development and strategic account growth with pharmaceutical and mid-sized biopharma partners for NGS, biomarker discovery, clinical trial assays and CDx. Build pipeline in Salesforce, develop proposals, negotiate deals, and collaborate with scientific, commercial, and operational colleagues to execute signed projects. Travel domestically and internationally (~30%).

Lead the validation of NGS-based IVD and CDx products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and designing effective validation studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
