Generates and develops sales leads through networking, referrals, and calling; manages opportunities, customer orders, and post-sale accounts. Maintains accurate CRM records, promotes customer satisfaction, follows company policies and health and safety standards, and manages multiple priorities across the East London sales region.

Drive new business development for NCH Industrial across Europe by identifying and winning multinational manufacturing customers. Build relationships with procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance, and manufacturing stakeholders; manage complex sales pipelines; lead presentations, negotiations, contracts, customer evaluations, and implementations; coordinate with country sales and technical teams; forecast performance; and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events. The role requires extensive European travel and significant autonomy.

Conduct field-based sales of industrial lubricants and maintenance products to industrial customers in the Manchester area. Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serve as a key customer contact, manage a local sales territory independently, and collaborate with internal sales teams. Training is provided, with earnings including a base salary and uncapped commission.
