Lead, coach, and develop the TASKI engineering team to deliver high-quality technical service. Drive operational excellence through resource alignment, remote diagnostics, stock management in Amber Park, KPI and budget analysis, contractor management, and cross-team collaboration with Technical Customer Service, Planning, and Global Technical Support.

Lead UK&I commercial excellence strategy to drive growth, profitability and sales effectiveness. Partner with country and sales leaders on commercial plans, value-based selling, pricing, tender excellence, CRM adoption, analytics, and capability building. Manage a cross-functional commercial team and advise the UK&I leadership while collaborating with European peers to deliver measurable commercial performance improvements.

Support and administer UK & Ireland employee benefits programmes, manage lifecycle events and vendor relationships, handle renewals and harmonisation projects, maintain HRIS and payroll data accuracy, produce benefits reporting and analysis, support enrolment and communications, and coordinate sensitive processes like sickness absence and death-in-service with compliance and professionalism.
