Own post-sale technical success for European enterprise customers. Lead onboarding and integrations across CI/CD systems, build pipelines, IDEs, and internal tooling; troubleshoot production issues using logs and telemetry; conduct architecture reviews, security assessments, workshops, and business reviews; create success plans and scalable enablement materials; and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering.

Manage SMB customer relationships for renewals, upsells, adoption, and long-term success. Partner with Security teams and cross-functional Go-to-Market, Engineering, and Professional Services groups. Run quarterly health checks, support customer lifecycle experiences, exceed renewal and upsell targets, provide product feedback, and communicate with stakeholders including C-suite leaders. Travel for customer and company meetings as needed.

Lead pre-sales technical discussions, demos, and POCs while owning post-sale success and growth for European enterprise accounts. Drive adoption, renewals, and expansions, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate technical capabilities into business value for security and engineering teams.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise EMEA accounts: build pipeline via inbound/outbound/partners, close deals, exceed revenue targets, drive customer experience and expansion, and shape regional go-to-market strategy while partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and EMEA leadership.
