Teams at Snowplow

Lead expansion of Snowplow’s Firn AI and data platform, including GTM intelligence services, production-grade agents, MCP and LLM gateways, evaluation and tracing infrastructure, learning loops, and platform architecture. Establish engineering standards, operational discipline, roadmap, documentation, and service ownership while partnering with data engineers and nontechnical internal customers.

Own and productionize AI-powered growth and GTM workflows, including outbound orchestration, campaign tooling, intent signals, enrichment pipelines, paid-media automation, and seller routines. Build reliable LLM workflows with review steps, evaluation, alerting, tracing, retries, and suppression controls. Partner with Growth, data engineering, and platform teams on Snowflake pipelines, scoring models, experimentation, deliverability, and migration to the Firn framework.

Build and deploy agentic workflows that transform recurring business processes across company functions. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, evaluating AI opportunities, developing reliable agent systems, defining approval gates, preparing data and knowledge for agents, tuning outputs with domain experts, measuring quality, and handing off solutions to functional teams. The role also establishes reusable patterns and reference implementations for future Applied AI engagements.
