Manage complex customer services engagements from technical discovery through delivery. Lead scope governance, change management, SOW development, value engineering, bookings forecasts, and financial milestone accuracy. Translate business challenges into milestone-driven roadmaps tied to customer use cases and outcomes, while challenging unrealistic requests and coordinating senior internal and external stakeholders.

Manage mid-sized technical implementations for Snowflake customers: maintain project governance and documentation in Smartsheet/Certinia, build WBS with effort/resource allocations, lead meetings, resolve resource conflicts, track margins and CSAT, and use SQL, JIRA/Confluence and Snowflake fundamentals. Ensure SnowPro Core certification within 60 days and operate with a customer-centric, data-driven mindset. Fluency in Spanish required.

Manage mid-sized technical implementation projects: maintain project documentation and WBS, track effort in Smartsheet/Certinia, lead client/internal meetings, resolve resource conflicts, monitor margins and CSAT, and ensure successful delivery of Snowflake-based solutions.
