Teams at Snowflake

Lead enterprise implementations of Observe from kickoff through production readiness. Design telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces; configure OpenTelemetry instrumentation and collectors; migrate Splunk, ELK, and other monitoring environments; and build dashboards, alerts, and datasets. Establish milestones, address technical risks, enable customer self-sufficiency, and collaborate with engineering, product, support, observability engineers, and architects to ensure successful post-sales adoption.

Manage mid-sized technical implementation projects: maintain project documentation and WBS, track effort in Smartsheet/Certinia, lead client/internal meetings, resolve resource conflicts, monitor margins and CSAT, and ensure successful delivery of Snowflake-based solutions.
