Partner with R&D leaders to build high-performing technical teams by advising on performance management, organizational design, talent planning, employee relations, change management, and cross-functional People programs. Coach managers, run talent reviews, use people data to inform decisions, and support workforce planning across multiple countries.

Lead a services engineering team to deliver backend systems, APIs, integrations, and operational excellence. Define measurable customer outcomes, guide technical direction across Python/Go/Ruby services, improve reliability, observability, and performance, hire and coach engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Operations to drive impactful results.

Build and launch backend features and services using Python/Flask and other technologies, own projects end-to-end, identify high-impact improvements, collaborate with product and design, ensure quality, testing, monitoring, and production reliability for services at scale.
