The role targets private practices, hospitals, health systems, and academic institutions, requiring healthcare IT or imaging informatics knowledge and experience closing complex enterprise SaaS agreements.

Own Sirona’s social media, content creation, paid media, webinars, and events. Create written, visual, and video content; manage LinkedIn and Google campaigns; track spend through pipeline; support event promotion and production; and maintain brand consistency. The role uses AI tools daily, requires hands-on video and design skills, involves public-facing representation, and may include travel to events.

Own the customer success strategy for Sirona’s radiology software customers, including retention, adoption, expansion, onboarding partnership, executive relationships, health scoring, renewals, and customer advocacy. Build scalable processes, tooling, metrics, and a hiring plan for the future Customer Success organization while representing customer needs across Product, Sales, Implementation, and Support.
