Provide first-line technical support for customers and partners: triage, reproduce and resolve issues via Jira, analyze XML/JSON logs and API flows, escalate to engineering, create documentation and monitor services to meet SLAs.

Design and develop scalable applications and services, translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring code quality and performance. Collaborate within an Agile team, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

The Product Owner will lead product backlog management, act as the customer voice, facilitate Agile practices, and ensure quality product delivery, focused on B2B SaaS solutions.
