Own Siena’s end-to-end content strategy and production across founder-led LinkedIn, social media, product launches, blog posts, announcements, and video scripts. Develop the company voice, analyze content performance and trends, use AI throughout the workflow, and collaborate with the Creative Director on launch campaigns. This individual contributor role requires independently producing high-quality content for consumer brands and rapidly adjusting strategy based on evidence.

Own end-to-end full-stack features and systems (frontend, backend, infra). Ship reliable, high-performance, scalable microservices and LLM-powered customer workflows on AWS, partner with product, make architectural decisions, improve CI/CD and infrastructure, and mentor peers.

Lead day-to-day engineering execution for Channels and Analytics: run 1:1s, maintain delivery cadence, unblock engineers, manage backlogs, write technical debt plans, improve developer experience, and coach senior engineers. Share operational ownership with existing Engineering Manager and support hiring loops and security/compliance work.
