Lead 2D and 3D art production for game development projects, overseeing visual direction, art pipelines, quality, efficiency, and client collaboration. Manage and mentor art teams, provide technical and artistic guidance, establish production workflows, support recruiting and project scoping, and contribute to client acquisition. Ensure deliverables align with project goals while fostering artistic growth and maintaining high-quality game visuals.

Owns gameplay spaces and designs engaging levels for first-person action, RPG, co-op, and other games. Responsibilities include greyboxing, level assembly, gameplay implementation, combat and encounter design, player flow, exploration, modular level construction, procedural generation support, and replayability. Collaborates with art, design, and production teams while incorporating feedback and maintaining quality standards. The role also involves creating landmark spaces, applying level metrics, and supporting PC and console game production.
